1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2 Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.
3 Subscriptions
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6 Content
Our service allows you to stream video content. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without explicit permission. All content is protected by copyright laws.
7 Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any regulations or laws, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the service.
8 Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, either express or implied.
9 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kancharla OTT, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
10 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
